Most people join fundraising for a charity due to a life-changing event in their life, relating to the charity’s work.

I am fortunate enough to have never been in need of an ambulance, so why am I doing it?

It’s simple. The team at GWAAC are making a difference and are literally saving lives on a daily basis.

A lack of appropriate funding would mean that many people in dire need of help would not stand a chance. Friends, parents, sisters, brothers, loved ones.

This is my reason for standing up and doing - to keep them on the road and in the air.
